Harrisonville Invite 4/3/09

The Celtic Girls team came away with second. Gold medal performances were turned in by the 4 x 1 team of Lauren Brown, Paige Bush, Marli Bartlett, and Cameron Randle. Kayla McGee was a triple winner in the 100(17:03) and 300 meter hurdles(52.12) as well as the long jump(16'08). Paige Bush won the 400(65.61), Cameron Randle the 200(27.05) and Hailey Houser the high jump(4'6). Silver medal winners were: Marli Bartlett in the high jump(4'4), Skyler Young in the shot put(31'9), and Dakota Waggerman in the long jump(14'8).
For the boys team, the winning 4 x4 team of Terrell Johnson, Anthony High, Brett Coatney, and Jasper Greeson were our lone champions in a time of 3:39. Seconds were turned in by Jasper Greeson in the 200(24.05), Max Storms in the 3200(9:37.72), and the 4 x 1 relay team of Brett Coatney, Jorge Belcher, Raphael Spencer, and Ronnie Miller(47.40).

JV Platte County results 4/1/09

The Girls won the meet. First places were recorded by Kayla McGee in the 100 meter hurdles, long jump, and 2nd in the 300 hurdles. She also anchored the winning 4 x 1 team of Lauren Brown, Marli Bartlett, and Paige Bush. Skyler Young was first in the shot put. The last gold medal performance was turned in by the 4 x 4 team of Paige Bush, Taylor Robinson, Jayla Smith, and Lauren Brown. Bronze medal winners were Lauren Brown in the 200 meter dash, and the second 4 x 4 team of Olivia Wright, Amanda Steele, Kelli Bachkora and Erin Scott.

The Boys team finshed third in the meet behind Maryville and Hickman Mills. Jasper Greeson was the outstanding performer for the Celtics winning the 200 and 400 meter dashes. The 4 x 1 team of Jorge Belcher, Lowell Thomas, Brett Coatney and Raphael Spencer also won, while Raphael managed a third in the 100 meter dash

UCM meet results

Max Storms won the 3200 meter run in 9:47. Kayla McGee won the long jump in 17 feet one and half inches.
